Worried About Dizziness
Hello, I am new to this board, but it looked like a good place to ask about the way I feel. For the past three weeks, I have been experiencing almost constant dizziness, with a frequent headache (right above my eyes and at the back of the head at the same time) and some fatigue that comes in waves where I have to lie down for an hour or so. My eyes are also very light sensitive, and I have trouble looking at a computer screen for long, a problem I have never had previously.
The symptoms seem to get worse when I am in warm environments and better in the cold, and the symptoms are also generally better in the mornings when I first wake up.
I have been examined by a couple doctors for these symptoms, but there was no definitive diagnosis. One doctor believed it could be a sinus problem, and I am feeling some ear congestion, but decongestents like Sudafed appear to do very little to help.
I have always had bad allergies at this time of year, which have given me a kind of "brain fog" feeling of being detached from reality in the past, but never dizziness or anything to this level. Is it possible that this could just be allergy? Is it also possible that this could be anxiety related?
I am mainly concerned about the possibility of a brain tumor or something serious like that, although the doctors have told me that it does not seem like a possibility upon examining me. Please let me know if I have reason to be concerned or if I should just ride this out and hope it goes away. Thank you!

I forgot to add that nearly a year ago, I had an accident that led to a fractured elbow, and during the last few months, had some tingling in my hands. A neurologist did not find anything wrong when an MRI was performed. I was told the nerves were just sensitive due to the accident. Could the tingling have any relationship to the dizziness?
