I'm confused cause every time i bend over to pick something up or look under the bed or the couch water will start to run out of my nose. It feels like its bleeding but its just water.Why does it do that?I've talked to my family and friends about this but they don't know so if you have any ideas I would love to here them. Thank you

How long has this been going on? Have you had a history of sinusitis or allergies, or ear-nose-throat operations? What about head trauma, skull fractures, surgery?
You should see the doctor. A thorough history and physical examination is needed. Much depends on your medical history and results of physical examination. Sometimes sinus X-ray and/or head CT is needed.
The main concern is whether this is just fluid due to sinusitis or something called a retention cyst in the sinuses, or whether it might be cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) due to what is called a fistula, a connection between the intracranial (inside the skull) space and the sinuses. This can be differentiated from normal nasal secretions by measuring its glucose content, or sometimes Beta-2-transferrin. If a fistula is suspected, a skull base CT with coronal sections is needed to determine the location. A fistula can form due to a variety of causes, the most common being previous skull fracture/head trauma, also previous operation in that area

I'm confused
This has been going on for about a year now,I was i car accedent about 3 to 4 years ago cause i have virdigo and i passed out behind the wheel of the car.I went off in the ditch on the other side of the road on a curve.The ditch was pretty steep[high].I have a scare on my left leg and i had some bad bruises on me.One one my left arm and the second was on my tongue.My doc thought I had a seizure and sent me to a specialist but the couldn't find anything that showed i had a seizure.Anyway thats about the only time i had a head trauma.Would it take this long for any problems to be appearing?I will talk to my doctor as soon as i can but we only have one vehicle right now so its kinda hard to do that at this moment.
