Im not sure why she thinks she has cancer, but if she hasnt seen a doctor she is likely worrying about nothing. If she has a knot in her boob it may be a pulled muscle, and she should see her doctor and tell them about feeling depressed too.

you need to tell someone you trust..if she really feels like that she needs help. she also needs to see a doctor, but it could be a number of things - swollen gland, cyst (fluid filled sac - harmless), muscle...she needs to get it checked out, but cancer at her age is very very very rare

I think that painful lump in her breast is probably just like a calcium deposit or it can be caused by hormones. If she is having a tough menstrual cycle that can cause her to be suicidal and for her breasts to ache. She really should see a doctor and get some kind of therapy.
