B6. It has been proved to help you with hormone levels. It is compleatly safe and you can buy it in any shop that sells vitamins. I used to have that problem too. My hormones where through the roof. I took B6 and I felt more relaxed and chilled. You can get any strength from 10mg to 50mg. I was on 50mg a day. That's all you need is one a day. It's a vitamin so is totally safe.

What's the symptoms, more or less. I know what causes hormone problems, I'm wondering what problems they're causing you.

Hm. That could be from the food you eat, too. And if it's not, eating better could help loads. Don't bother with suplements until you've tried that, it could save you money.
