I always enjoyed it, too, except for the digs against Suzanne's weight. That bugged me.
Charlene is supposed to be from Poplar Bluff (which is where the writer Linda Bloodworth Thomason is from and still has a mansion here), and my grandfather's law firm was mentioned several times on the show, too. Very fun from a personal point of view.

Lifetime was doing reruns for quite of while - don't know if they are still on. I never actually watched the show when it was on but enjoyed it during the reruns. Lots of good smart girl humor.

I Love that show too, I used to watch the reruns all the time when they played them on Lifetime. It really was a great show, I wish there were more sitcoms like that now!!
Remember the episode when Charlene had he baby and Dolly Parton was on, I cried & cried!! I think that was the same episode where their friend Bernice was wearing the tree skirt, that woman was sooooo funny!!
