yup h failed and he can't figure out why but the test guy said he did everything typical of someone who was trying to fool the machine.

the test guy seems to think he was trying to beat it, i dunno he was told not to move any and he kept trying to cross his legs after being told not to and the test guy said his breathing was off and on panting and then deep breaths. i don't think he really has much goin for him.

The lie detector person said that he was trying to beat the test, by doing things that some web sites suggest. But the detector person is trained to deal with that. He totally failed, They couldn't test his girlfriend because she is 7 mos. preg. and gas a second heartbeat. But since the little girl always said "they touched my pee pee" and things like that I bet she was involved or knew about it. If it were my daughter I would have jumped up out of my chair and charged on him!

I know it's wrong to judge a book by its cover, but in this case, he was TRANSPARENT. He seemed very nervous to me and was trying to hard to answer the questions the way we would want him to. He failed miserably by the way
The fact that a three year old is talking about this stuff also causes me to think that there is something to it. You can't make that up, especially at that age. There are so many other RANDOM things they want to talk about...not their anatomy in that way. If my ds were to ever say that I would KNOW it actually happenned.
The mother and grandmother were also very convincing to me. They did not waiver on their opinions nor on the facts. The father and his wife constantly seemed to scramble for explanations or have a ridiculous justification for things that would happen.
It makes me sick to think this little girl went through all of that. That poor mother must have gone through hell just thinking about it when her daughter was in his custody on weekends.
I feel so nauseous.

And his wife is bringing another baby into this world and he will have access to it just as he has his 3 year old. Kills me that his wife wants to stay with him. I would've walked off the stage and been moved out or his stuff out of the house before the show was even over.
