it was probably just his premlinary hearing. he goes b4 the judge to say wether he's guilty or not guilty. If he said guilty, he'll get his setencing at a later date. If he said not guilty, then he'll go to trial, that's when your friends daughter will probably be called upon for her testimony. That's how it works in Oklahoma. It will probably take a few months either way.
