Last night's show they had a trial for someone that called fast food resturants and was impersonating a police officer, he had managers and other employees strip search young teens after he told them over the phone that they were caught stealing.
It totally disgusted me what they did to a nieve (sp?) teen girl in a McDonald's in Kentucky!! I can't believe the female manager at her age (mid 40's) would be dumb enough to listen to the orders this "police officer" was telling her over the phone. She should have known it was a hoax when the officer started asking her if she was married, when she answered she was engaged, he then asked her if she trusted her fiance.....Umm, that should have been a clue right there, and later he tells her to call her fiance to the store to watch over the employee,,,,,who does that??!!!
For those who didn't watch the show, this manager (under the orders of a police officer over the phone) strip searched a teen girl in the back office of the McDonald's resturant, left her sitting there naked with only an apron to cover her, the manager called a 27 yr old male employee into the office to watch the girl, he was then ordered things over the phone but atleast this 27yr old was smart enough to refuse to do it, then the manager was told by the officer to call her fiance to the store to watch over the girl because she had to get back to working. The fiance was told things over the phone by this officer and he ordered the girl to do all of it. Nude jumping jacks, made the girl bend over his knee and he spanked her hard, then the worst was making this girl give him oral sex..OMG i was so disgusted with that fiance, He HAD to have known that no real police officer would ever make such demands over the phone(or in person either!). The worst part is it was all caught on security video, you can see this girl crying hysterically and leaning on the female manager almost begging to be able to get dressed and leave.
The female manager still insists she did nothing wrong, she was just following orders,etc. Her fiance was charged with sexual assult of a minor and they found the guy who made the phone calls but after a jury trial he was found Not guilty! Unbelievable! He did wrong, but how dumb can some of these people be that would take orders like that over the phone?

My DH and I watched the show and are still talking about it!! That story seemed so unreal. It just seems like people lack basic common sense. I still can't believe that female manager!!!

It just upset me so much that the female manager could be that stupid!! I would have told the guy on the phone to send an officer to the Mcdonalds before i would have followed instructions over the phone. That fiance of hers, just disgusts me!! It almost makes you wonder if he didn't know the guy on the phone and set all this up?
I know people would react in different ways in that situation, i just wished that girl would have been brave enough to scream or yell or demand to call her parents. Her parents must be heartbroken over this!

I didn't watch the show, but I heard about it on the news. That is terrible! It makes me sick to my stomach. I agree with Jeanette. I would sue everyone involved!!

OMG!!! I didn't see it and I'm almost glad. I'm fuming just listening to it. It does make you wonder about the finance though did he know the guy that called was a set up? Your darn right there would be major trouble if I was the parent. How aweful!!!!!!

I was thinking that it had to be a set up, too. There is no way that anyone could really believe that a police officer would order a suspect to give oral sex to someone else...over the phone, no less. It all rings of foul-play with everyone involved....except the teen!!

They do have a lawsuit pending against the McDonald's corp. I think it was 2 million?

I forgot to add, they called a 56 yr old man into the office also, he worked as a janitor/maintenance guy at the restaurant, they left him in the office with the girl and handed him the phone, but he refused to do what the man on the phone asked.
