I am 6 days late on my period and I have been having sore and swollen breasts for the last week or so. However, it is on and off. My nipples are also sore and . I have also had nose bleed which was very unusual for me. I have mild cramps and back ache and had unprotected sex many times during my cycle. I chart my tempreture and it is constantly higher than normally 98.87- 98.90 F.I have blue veins on my breasts and on my thighs and on my arms popping out (and I my skin is not at all fair).I have come off coffee and I loved it and this morning I made myself a cup to see how it goes and it made my very queasy! why ?????Also vaginal discharge...
However, I tested every morning since my period due date and it is Big Fat
Negative? Certain smells make me really sick smells that had never bothered me before.
I am beginning to think that I am not pregnant but that nose bleeding makes me think that I still have a chance . I read it is due the increasing blood circulation and it is a very common pregnancy sign! What do you think?
I am also nauseaus but I know that all these sign can also mean an impending period. I would like to know how it was for you with the HPT?
I am planning to see a doctor but not just yet..I would try and test again....

With my first pregnancy I tested BFP on the of my period was due so I am begining to believe that this time is not a baby!

With Meghan I waited about a week just to e sure I wouldn't get my period, but a tell tale sign for me was always swollen and sore breasts. I remember having cramps, and thinking 'oh sure AF is just around the corner, I just know it'.
With samantha I had no clue I was even pregnant cuz I was still nursing Meghan and wasnt' looking to get pregnant right away. After a while, I was gaining weight and was really uncomfortable and someone told me to take a test so I did. it was ++ and I was 16 weeks!!

Sounds like me last Feb. I had the same signs you are having (except I may not have been nauseous yet) but my test didn't come back positive until 5.5 weeks since my last period (so like a week and a half late). However, my cycle might have just been screwy because I had come off of birth control the month before. Also, we didn't know when she was concieved, because we had also had sex many times. I think this made our due date off as she was 11 days late...

If I were you, I'd take a home preg test before calling the doc. I've been 9 days late with the really sore breasts - only to get my period. So I guess you never can tell! Or at least I can't. You know your body best, and if all of this is unusual for you, I'd recommend that you take the test. Of course, I'm trying to conceive, so if I am one day late, I take a test! Best of luck to you. Those do sound like pregnancy symptoms (although it's easy to read something into nothing when you have very strong feelings either way). A blood test should tell you definitively either way so you could always call your doctor on Monday if your period hasn't started by then (or you could wait until you're a full two weeks late then call your doctor if your period hasn't started). Stress can affect your period - it happened to me the first month trying before I got pregnant with my older son. I got so stressed out about everything that I went 40 days between periods - my cycles are usually 30 to 31 days. I tested twice one week apart and got a negative both times. I was getting ready to call the doctor when my period started.

With my first pregancy we were trying for like 6 months and I had all kinds of false symptoms I think because I just wanted it so bad. But when I was pregnant, I didn't have sore breasts, or nausea until I was a good 3 weeks late. My tell tale sign was uncontrollable emotions. I would cry for nothing! I am not a big crier.With my second pregnancy we again were trying but not expecting it to happen so quickly and again no symptons at all just late. I am a very regular person every 28 days on the dot. The hpt game up positive after just 3 days late! But I think everyone id different. I wouldn't go to the doctor until you were a good week late and negative. Sometimes stress can cause you to be late as well!

For me the ealiest symptoms were fatigue, hunger (normally I can wait 4 to 6 hours between meals, but I could barely make it 2 hours when pregnant), breast tenderness, and nose bleeds.
The fact that your temp is elevated makes me think you might also be pregnant. I would wait a week before taking a test because your period isn't even a week late yet. Take one more, but if that one is negative too, and you still haven't had a period, then I'd just go see your doctor.

With Aidan I was supposed to have my cycle start February 20th, it was March 3rd when I tested. With this one, I was supposed to start November 10th, I tested on the 13th and was positive. I also had one and a clinic and it was positive.

I am one of those that have EVERY single symptom that you have before I get my period. I go any where from 2-3 months between my periods and the symptoms last so long. I am thankful now that dh is fixed and we are not having anymore children I don't have to worry. But I know with the our last dd I thought for a whole 2 months that I was just about to get my period. In my mind there was no way that I could be pregnant already. Well guess what? My 2 youngest are 50 weeks apart. I had just figured I am always abnormal and always have the same symptoms.
I would wait about another week and then go to the doctor. IMO You never know if those tests are accurate or not. And you never can tell when you will be getting your period?
