I think I may look, but I don't think I will buy too much. Things would have to be a really good sale before I bought them. I may look for toys for my ds s birthdays in March and April. But my kids are getting too big to buy their toys that far ahead for next Christmas. They have very specific wants now that I no longer can predict!!
I may shop for wrapping paper and outside decorations too.

I usually make a stop for the same reasons you do. All my girls have birthdays in Jan or Feb. and I can usually pick up stuff for them. Most often stuff they wanted for Christmas and didn't get. Being so far away from everything this year though I don't know, it's not as easy. But then again....they may be a good thing

I will shop the after Christmas sales but will wait till things are at least 75% off. Most stores already have sales with stuff 50% at times so the good deals won't come till a few days after Christmas.

Probably, because i love a good deal. But I don't think I'll get much, I already have next years Christmas cards (Sick isn't it?!) and to buy the kids stuff is a waste b/c they prob won't be into whatever it is I buy, by the time next Christmas is here...their tastes will have changed 8 or 9 times! Though DS b-day is in March, I might have a good chance at getting him a gift now. The trick is when his birthday rolls around for me to REMEMBER I already bought something!

I absolutely will go. Besides, it helps me stock up on wrapping paper, and Christmasy doo-dads for next year (food baskets, tins, etc). I also think ahead to the boys' birthdays too if something catches my eye!

Not as much as before! My oldest is getting "too" big for buying presents in advance, so I think I may stick with cards for next year, stocking stuffers, maybe presents for my niece and nephews, pj's for next year and so on. Not as much as before!

this year i will go right after to target because i specifically need an ornament plastic organizer thingie and those things are never around when 75% hits.
other than that, i am in target at 8:02 am the morning 75% hits. its the only time i step into the seasonal area and i buy all of my paper, ornament/presents and other decoration stuff.
