Ask:
My 2 yr old grandson has started climbing out of his crib. I am soooo not ready to take him out of it!! When I put him in for a nap or bed time he lays down and goes to sleep. He only climbs out when he is done sleeping. Do you think I am safe to leave him there for awhile?
Answer:
Usually that is a sign to move them out of the crib. It's dangerous for him to climb out. You could get a small toddler bed and make a big deal out of it for him. I think my oldest dd was about 15 mos. when she wanted to move out of the crib into a big girl bed.
