Does anyone have a really good and really easy fudge recipe? DH loves fudge but I just can't seem to make a good fudge. Whenever I try it just tastes like melted chocolate. I went to a cookie exchange and got fudge and the poor man hid it and shared only a little with the girls. I don't really care about fudge give me chex mix anytime! But it would be fun to have him open a great tasting fudge on Christmas morning!:D

I just made 3 batches yesterday...the easiest one to make is this one from Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk. Their website has great recipes...I make this one every year 'cause it's so darn easy and tastes so good!
Foolproof chocolate fudge:
3 cups ( 18 oz.) choc. chips ( semi or milk is fine)
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
dash salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
optional 1/2-1 c. chopped nuts
Microwave choc. chips, swt. cond. milk and salt in 1 qt. glass bowl on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and stir in vanilla and nuts if you like ( I like to stir in mini-marshmallows) Line square pan with wax paper or foil sprayed w/Pam spray. Pour into pan and refirigertae at least 2 hours. Lift out of pan and cut up.
