I like this recipe its easy and we like it:
1 1/2 cups cubed unpeeled red potatoes
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup cut fresh asparagus spears
1 1/2 cups cooked ham
1 cup mink
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
freshly ground pepper if desired
1/2 onion diced and sauteed, if desired
1 clove garlic diced and sauteed, if desired

In the orginal recipe it didn't call for the onion or garlic but we love both so added it but it is good either way!
In medium saucepan, combine potatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in soup and milk. Also onion and garlic if you want to add. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occaisonally. We let it cook anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
We usually have this with hot ham and swiss sandwiches,
Hope you like it!
Answer:

I always use mine to make spllit pea soup or I cube it and put it in scalloped potatoes. YUMMY
Answer:

Go to menus4moms.com They have the ham plan from the old frugalmoms site, and it has some wonderful, different ideas. Or of course I do ham and potato soup, scalloped potatoes, grilled ham and cheese. Quiche, or other breakfast casseroles. Ham and bean soup. Or ham and baked beans.
Answer:

Make a white sauce (2 T flour and 2 T butter and 1 c milk, heat, stir till thickened) add velveeta till cheesy as you want it. Drain and chop a can of potatoes (I get mine from Aldis) and add ham. You have cheap cheesy ham and potatoes.

I would really like to try this one.I hope I have some aspargus in the freezer!
Answer:

is take potatoes, slice them up cube some ham and layer it in a 13x9 pan with cheese then I took a package of cheese sauce from a family size box of Mac and Cheese mixed that up with milk on the stove then poured it over the potatoes and ham in the pan and then cooked it for about an hour at 350.

I also took boxed mashed potatoes made them really thin, soup like, added milk, cheese and butter added cubed ham and added some salt. Topped with some cheese makes a good soup.
