funny I was going to say rice but we always eat ours with rice and asparagus. I love to grill and will grill them both. also you could do a flavored rice. Brocccli and cheese, mixed stremed veggies.

We always have ours with macaroni and cheese and steamed broccoli. That is one of our favorite meals. The mac and cheese is whole wheat pasta with Velveeta light melted over the top. My kids are so easy!

How about corn on the cob? Corn is always a big hit in our family. Also I recently started making this mixture of baby lima beans and corn. Lots of butter and sauteed onions. It is called sucatash and it is really good.

I really like to have zucchinni with fish. Saute it in olive oil and garlic and when its almost done add salt and lemon juice to taste.
Instead of rice, maybe one day you could try some orzo pasta.
And one more thing I like to do with fish and zucchinni. Whatever is leftover I always heat up the next day with a can of crushed tomatoes and italian seasoning. I add a little bit of beans to this and water if needed and it makes a great fish and bean soup.
