Chicken Stir Fry

1 tbsp oil
1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips*
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 (16 oz bag) of stir fry vegetables
cooked rice (to serve)

Heat oil in pan, add chicken. Cook until almost done.

Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and full bag of stir fry vegetables. Cook until chicken and vegetables are done.

Serve over rice.

*You can also use steak instead of chicken.

You can also add some store bought stir fry sauces, either from the bottle or powder form. I just made some chicken stir fry yesterday and added some sauce, yummy!
