Any Good Pork Chop Recipes?

Ask:
I found a really good deal on thin cut, boneless pork chops today. Any good marinades? Recipes? I dont usually get pork so I am at a loss.
Answer:

I have a great recipe, my family loves it

Pork Chops with Dijon cream sauce

4 boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsley ground pepper
cooking spray
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup fat free 1/2 & 1/2 or evaporated milk

1. Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over med-high heat until hot. Add chops to skillet and cook 3-4 min. per side or until browned. Remove chops from skillet and keep warm.
2. Add broth to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Combine mustard and 1/2 & 1/2; add to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes, or until sauce is thickened slightly. Spoon sauce over chops.

This recipe is really quick and easy-which is always nice!

With those kind of chops I usually just marinate in Italian Dressing and broil them. Serve with a veggie and a baked potato. Very tasty.

I am lazy and put them in the crockpot with a can of chicken and rice soup and 1/2 can of water after I have browned them with salt and pepper and add them to the crockpot and top the soup over them.Cook on low for the day.
Answer:

I'm pretty picky w/my food. This is about the only way I'll eat pork chops:

dip chops in egg then flour (I put salt/pepper and sometimes chicken seasoning in my flour)
lightly fry in oil - chops do not need to be done, just get the outside crispy

layer chops in crockpot with a packet of french onion dry soup mix
pour in enough water to cover the bottom of the crock pot

Cook on low for 4-6 hours (approx.) until done

They are *very* tender and yummy!
