I have froze them before with con queso cheese sauce in them before.So I think it would be fine.

I only use real cheese and I freeze mine in large batches, small batches as gifts. they always come out tasty.

I always make a big pan of them and freeze some. They aren't quite as yummy the 2nd time around but still a pretty easy tasty supper another day! I usually wrap mine in plastic and then in foil to freeze them - you could also use a freezer bag or container.
