Ask:
I have just discovered ground turkey. Dh and I love the turkey burgers we have made, but we haven't ventured past that. I'm feeling a little risky today, and thought maybe we'd make them in our tacos tonight, in place of the ground beef? Has anyone does that? What were the results??
Answer:
Chances are you won't even notice much of a difference! I usually combine ground beef and ground turkey together since I think there are good qualities in each but I think you can probably just use the ground turkey and not really notice the change.
Answer:
I really like ground turkey and use it in place of ground beef frequently. They would probably turn out just fine. If you're a little leery, you can use 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground turkey and see how that goes.
Answer:
I have used ground turkey for years. I rarely use ground beef anymore. We use ours in meatloafs, tacos, you name it.
My kids have never had ground beef in tacos - except at Taco Bell, I guess.
Answer:

Answer:

Answer:
I do it all the time and this is what we prefer now. I started because it was a healthier choice, but now we like the taste much better and it doesn't seem to leave the "ground beef lump" in our stomachs!
Funny you mention this, because we are having exactly this for dinner tonight!
