I have looked at that website too. It is very interesting but like you I am too cheap to pay someone to plan my menus. But it does make me realize that I do need to plan menus.

This lady also is involved somehow with flylady (not sure how since I've never closely done flylady). But on the flylady website they have some of her recipes and suggestions also. And you can get them FREE there too!!

Another website I have found for recipes is . It has all kinds of recipes. I found this website when I was looking for information on filling up my freezer. I have found some fantastic recipes and ideas on there. I love to look at the budget cooking section.
