This is from Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals
1c old fashioned oats (I've used quick cooking oats too)
1c flour
1/2c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c sour cream
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas mashed
3/4 c raisins
1/4 c butter, melted
Combine dry in 1 bowl. In another bowl combine wet (next 4). Whisk wet into dry just till combined. Fold in bananas and raisins. Stir in butter. Heat griddle, brush with additional butter. Cook each about 1/3 c till bubbles form on top. Turn. Cook 2 min more or till done.
