Hi! My son will soon be 19 mo. old. All we have are Baby Einstein videos. Though he loves the Baby Einstein's still, he is starting to like older shows like Seasame Street and Barney on PBS. I would really like to know what your favorite toddler video's are.
Which ones get you off the couch; dancing and singing with your little one? My son LOVES to dance!!
I want something that keeps us active....and tires my little guy out for nap time!

I have six kids. Six out of six have adored Barney!!! They can be bought for $6 and less on DVD or VHS in stores or on ebay. In fact, if you would like to pay the postage, I can probably just send you a couple of VHS ones! I gave about 10 to Goodwill a few months back, but we have SO many. (Thanks, Nana!)

Wiggles are good for dancing! Also we have 2 Laurie Berkner shows recorded from when she had a music special on noggin and my kids loved to dance to that.

My kids all love Barney and the Wiggles and all of those but by far the ones that they like the best are these VHS tapes I found on a rummage sale for 25 cents a piece unopened. (4 of them) They are from Cedarmont Kids. They are a Christian based company. I thought that they would be really cheesy at first and in a way they are. But I put the first one in "Silly songs" and my 1 year old whois a little dancer in the first place, was constantly dancing! Now she is always asking for "Siwee Songs" The best entertainment investment I ever made!

My kids and my grandson all loved (love) Barney!!! I love him too!!! I have tons of videos if you want them, we are getting rid of all our videos. My kids also love teletubbies, thomas the tank engine and anything Sesame Street

My kids lived (and still do) on Baby Einstein vids. Wyndser loves to dance, too, and she's really into the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Don't know if they are on vid yet. Doodlebops, though they freak me out, get her dancing and twirling, too, as do the Wiggles.

We've never done the Barney thing. For dancing Wiggles and Laurie Berkner are good. We love the Leap Frog videos too, but those aren't dancing.
