Not sure if this is the correct category, but have to share this yummy treat with you. I was told about these by my Weight Watchers leader and have fallen in love with them!
Take a package on wonton wrappers....you know the ones, similar to eggroll wrappers but smaller (don't use eggroll). I find them in the produce area of the grocery store and the brand I use is Wing's, just because that is my only option.
Cut them in quarters and arrange them on a baking sheet. LIGHTLY spray with a non-stick spray and salt (optional)
Cooking times will vary but what I do is 380 degrees for 4 minutes, then watch for another min. until they are brown.
In the W.W. world, these are 16 triangles for 1 point! You can eat them like chips, using a dip or salsa or just the way they are. I LOVE LOVE LOVE making "nachos" out of them by adding cheese and salsa etc. and melting the cheese on them in the microwave.
Give them a try!
