I went to the doctors today. I am 27 weeks pregnant, measuring at 31 weeks. I am having ANOTHER ultrasound to confirm dates. How many freakin times can you confirm my date?! Also--I haven't gained much weight at all, and I dont have gestational diabetes or any other complication.

Maybe this little girl will make an early appearance...!!!??? I know there was confusion about my due date with our second dd, but it was at the first ultrasound, not this late. I don't know why else you 'd be measuring this big...! How do you feel?

Each baby was bigger than the previous one at birth and I really didn't do anything different. My 1st daughter was 6#10oz., 2nd was 7#5oz. and the 3rd was 8#6oz. Since I am expecting #4 in June I hope mine doesn't get any bigger than the last one but it is to early too tell.

I have to tell you that I did this with ALL of my pregnancies...and it turns out I have an "abnormal amount" of amniotic fluid. I produce too much! My babies were all in the 7 pound range (minus one who dared to go over 8 pounds! LOL). I wouldn't worry...just keep truckin' until that due date or she gets here!!!

It could mean anything or nothing at all. If it's too much amniotic fluid, that *could* be an indicator of something, but maybe not. They're just being extra cautious. Enjoy the extra peeks at your sweet new baby, and keep us posted on how everything goes! (BTW, I measured big because I was having twins)
