Ask:
I have started to save all of my Christmas cards, birthday cards etc. and keep them in a bag. I usually have the kids make their own greeting cards. We go through our stash of cards, pick out which ones we use, cut out the pics we want, glue on some paper and voila- instant greeting cards from the kids.
I have always hated throwing out greeting cards because they are so expensive. This is one way to make use of them.
Answer:
That is a wonderful idea...I never know what to do with all the cards I get from family and friends. Sometimes if they are in pencil.. I reuse them...shhh lol.
Cutting them out and using them to make new ones is a great idea... I will do that with my babes...when he gets older.

I save my old cards for scrapbooking material.. Sometimes there is a nice saying or cute picture I can use when scrapbooking.. Also I normally do collage pics for my walls, and I can use the "qoutes" on the cards, and put them into the collages. Ill have to post a pic of what I mean.
