My 4 year old started coming down with a bit of a fever and awful runny nose on Sunday so I kept her home Monday and Tuesday even though she's up playing and feels fine. I'm wondering if she'd be ok going back today? She still has a little bit of a runny nose but if she blows it she's fine...

Sorry this is late, but if she doesn't have a fever or any other symptoms I'd send her with some Kleenex! Hope she feels better soon!

My pediatrician always says if they have been fever-free for 24 hours they can go back. So as long as she feels like going, I would send her.
