Corn Casserole:
4 teasp. butter (melt in micro for 30 seconds)
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 egg
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour in 9x9 pan and bake for approx.
45 min. or until golden brown and settled. 3
