My first grade son has been in speech therapy since he was 4. He is doing so well, he is such a hard worker that sometimes he actually over enunciates! At his conference yesterday, the speech teacher told me he only has to master the ch and sh sounds at the beginning of words and he will be totally up to where he should be!!! I am so excited. His speech was so bad when he started!!! It is amazing what 3 yrs of speech did for him!!!
Of course, now I have to start the speech thing all over again with my 3 yr old, but I will only have one with an IEP!
