I think that it will put Mark out of the running now. The others showed their passion and devotion to doing all they can to save a patient, while Mark didn't.
I loved the seen when Cristina and Burke celebrated! To see them both just let loose and let go was outstanding!
When George told Izzy, "Don't you dare" at the end, I thought that was funny, too.
I felt sooooooooo bad for Meredith when her mother chewed her out and then felt even worse when her mother was gone again. It gives us more insight to why Meredith is the way she is, too.

Oh that honestly was one of the best parts! Callie O'Omalley! And the scene between Christina and Preston was perfect! I loved every minute of it. The part with the toxic blood was a little off kilter IMO but all the same a great episode.
What is up with Addison and McSteamy???? I knew they were going to get back together. (That is actually what I wanted) Is she going to hide that from Alex? Poor Alex is getting played!

It's all about the S-E-X between those two....There has been a couple episodes ending with those two hooking up. I'm thinking she's going to end up preggo mid season!!!

If I'm not mistaken it was some type of herb she was taking and the fact that she was undergoing radiation for cancer treatment. It caused a toxic condition in her blood....
