I use it for shredded chicken for sandwiches or for the buffalo chicken dip recipe posted under appetizers (yummy!). My mil made chicken & noodles using a big can of chicken, canned chicken broth, and Amish noodles last weekend when all showed up unexpectedly and it was pretty good stuff! I am sure you could also use it in casseroles or pot pies. Oh, how about heating it and adding taco seasoning and making chicken tacos? That sounds good to me!

I use it with pasta and just add alfredo sauce or olive oil; I use it in tortilla wraps for lunch; I use it on tops of greek salads; I use it for chicken salad sandwiches; I use it for the boys' dinners; I use it to mix in with my dog's food!!!
