I am happy with my efforts of about 10 min. this morning. We had a problem with Pampers and 4 of the tabs ripped of the latest batch of diapers. I called the 1-800 number and they are sending me two $10 coupons. If it happened on occasion then I wouldn't have bothered but this seemed a little extreme.
I then called our newpaper because we didn't get it yesterday or today. While on the phone, I questioned the difference in cost if I only got it delievered Fri-Sun. It was a difference $6.00 so adding that up over a year is significant! We rarely read it during the week and I just end up recycling it.

Good for you! I have done this in the past. Actually very recently. I usually buy my diapers in large quantity and called Huggies to complain about a problem I was having. They sent coupons to me as well. Good going!
