Need quick and easy ideas using chicken drumsticks or thighs

Ask:
I have a bunch of chicken legs / thighs to use up.

Tired of the usual shake and bake. Need some quick and easy recipes using 1 or the other.

Thanks!!
Answer:

Well, it's not quick, but it sure is easy. Go to Food Network and search for chicken bog, use Paula Deen's recipe. I usually use thighs when I make it. It is delish!!!
Answer:

BBQ sauce, I've also just breaded w/bread crumbs and parmesan mixture and baked. Both VERY easy and tasty!!
Answer:

I make the Greek chicken from this board using chicken thighs.
We really like it and it is so easy.

I copied and pasted it. Here it is.

Greek Chicken (I overheard two women at a meeting talking about the recipe, and went home and made it. I've made it hundreds of times, and everyone loves it.) Chicken thighs--any amount kosher salt oregano olive oil You put the chicken in a large pan. Rub olive oil on it, then sprinkle oregano and kosher salt on it. Bake at 300 for 2-3 hours. The skin will be crispy, and the meat is so tender it falls off the bone. There will be lots of fat in the bottom of the pan, so just drain that off. Delicious!

this is what I do if you have a grill and I love it.... I make a maranade out of 2parts vinager,1 part oil and spices( I use Durkee chicken or chicken and fish seasonings). Depending on how much chicken. I usually buy a family pac and use about 1 cup vinager to 1/2 cup oil and prob about 1-2 TBS spices. Mix it all together and keep it in the fridge for a few hours, it is ok if left longer.
