What projects are on your list to make? I have 4 quillos and some "burp cloths" to make. Two of the quillos are for some friends of my parents, new grandchildren. The other two quillos and "burp cloths" are for my friends children. One was my flower girl and the other is the dd of my sons godparents.

I guess my first project would be to set up a craft area!

In progress
- Counted cross-stitch "Web of Life" (started 4 years ago, almost finished
- Crocheted catnip mouse (just needs to be stuffed)
- cross-stitch ornaments - stitching finished last century, but not complete yet
Purchased materials for:
- 3 crocheted hat & scarf sets
- Stick horse (still need the stick)
- cross stitch bibs
- Hooded bath towel with cross-stitch on the hood
- Multiple crocheted baby hats (at least 3)
- Counted cross-stitch baby announcement
- 3 other cross-stitch kits
- Crocheted afghan (part of the yarn purchased)
- 4 leatherworking kits
- lace needed to re-lace a leather wallet
- supplies to re-string a necklace I made a few years ago
Then there's maybe 8 other skeins of yarn with vague plans, plus a model kit that I started in 1991, a figurine I primed in 2001 that still isn't painted, some semi-precious beads for a necklace, and who knows what else that I can't recall right now. Plus things I'd like to do in the future. I try to avoid Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc, but I've got a gift card to both stores that I need to spend. I've put a moratorium on starting new hobbies, though, at least until I get some of the backlog cleared out.

I'm new to the site and also new to sewing. I just finished my first major project that was an easter dress for my daughter. I came out great and wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I love to cross stitch and have a christmas project that I'm working on now too. I also started a pair of pj's for my oldest son, but realized that I didn't have enough fabric!
