c-section

Ask:
hey girls...thoughts of having another child in the near future...i had a c-section with my son....i will probably have another c-section with the next since i had no problems....question is, do they cut you in the same area or not? thanks!!!
Answer:

It's very close and now 16 mths later they are kinda blended as one
Answer:

Both of mine were literally almost on top of each other... they criss crossed a little. IMHO #2 didn't hurt as bad either.
Answer:

I had 3 incisions in the same spot. The 4th was different. They took out scar tissue with the 2nd and 3rd cuts, too.
Answer:

My doctor cut out the old scar when I had c-section number two because she thought it wasn't pretty enough and that she could do better. Well- sheesh! This scar is practically invisible. She must have been practicing a lot in between.
Answer:

I had different docs, so mines are different. I don't like the second one, the first one flattened out nicely, the second didn't. But the second doc was worried about nicking the bladder, which would have been much worse, so I'll live with 2 scars for now

ditto, my dr did same thing. I've had 3 csections and each time has been in same spot, removing old scar and scar tissue and redoing.
Answer:

My first scar was perfect. My doctor did the second one on the same spot and took out some scar tissue, but it's not as perfect as the first one. There was a stitch that was pulled to tight on one side and it hurts sometimes now (not bad, just an unexpected tug if I move just right)
