ok well basically there was a huge boat accident from what i saw and they have to go in and help with injuries and what not. meridith has a little girl following her around the whole time, and she ends up getting pushed off the dock at the end by a man that she actually saved because he started panicing. Izzy is trying to help a man that is stuck under a car and all his buddies are around telling her that she HAS to help him. george is looking for a womans daughter and she won't let the dr's do surgery back at the hospital till her son is found i think. ummmm derek ends up having to go in to the scence of the accident because there are a lot of head trauma's and they want those brought in alive. umm that pretty much covers it i'm sure someone will come behind and add what i left out...... I hardly ever get to actually watch Greys when it is on but I usually catch it on abc.com You can watch entire episodes free there. at least the 4 most recent. It is a lifesaver as Thursday nights are late ones and I can rarely get my kids down by 9

I think if I herd right Derrik mentioned marriage and Meridith was pushed into the water. I was so shocked by all of it, will have to watch again.
