I am so proud of myself. I got my little one who will be born in July a really expensive full crib set and decor items for $60 on ebay! I was going to get a similar set at Target for $79 that included only a few items...blanket, valance, and a few crib sheets. I got the full set that is not a copy that retails for $300 currently online for $60!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They say that that there is only one small hole in the crib skirt...but I never use those anyway so I got a great deal. I plan on using the same set until my little one grows out of its toddler bed in a few years so this is perfect. I also was frugal by keeping the rooms current color and border. WHen we moved into our house it was already light blue with a fun Jungle border...it was the playroom but with just a Jungle crib set it becomes a nursery.

The next purchase will be a little more but worth it. It is a 4 in 1 crib that actually looks like an adult bed and not just crib pieces when made into a full size bed...saves us money in the long run since we will not end up having to buy a crib, toddler bed and big kid/adult bed in the future.

That is great! Doesn't it feel good to be able to save now knowing that whent he baby is born there are going to be so many more and larger expenses. I wish that we would have done that when we had our first! Good Job!!
