Great Book for Deployed Spouses!!

Ask:
I mentioned this book in another thread, but thought I would post it here so its more visable. Its a great book called: "Heros at Home" by Ellie Kay. I've read quite a bit of it already and its just really uplifting. She is a down to earth, Air Force wife that wrote this book for the families of deployed service men/women. It lists some great resources and is very encouraging. She also wrote it to help non-military folks understand what us military folks go through during a deployment. I highly recommend this book to anyone because I think you can really relate to her. Christy_K if you read this, you need to get this book!! Her husband is a pilot too and I think you'd really like it!

I might try to post some exerpts from the book later on...once I'm done reading it!
Answer:

Thanks for posting this. My dh is an AF pilot and is gone quite a bit (1-2 weeks every month, plus two 2.5 month deployments yearly, the next one just a few weeks away) so I think I would really enjoy this. I'm going to check and see if my library has it.

Thanks!!
