Ask:
I think my periods may finally be getting back to normal from the Depo shots a few years back. My preggos have always just happened but I was wondering if anyone had a few tips about when we should "try". Is it 2 weeks before starting or 3 weeks?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

Answer:
I've always heard that days #11-14 after the first day of your last period are when you're most fertile. I can base my life around this fact, from my periods coming, to the day I'll start ovulating. If you really listen to your body, you'll probably be able to tell. HTH
Answer:
vt - If you have regular 28 day cycles that is very true. If your cycles are longer tho you might not O until cd 18 or even later. I had to take clomid to conceive - and even on clomid I didn't O until CD20 or later.
Answer:
Huh. Thanks for straightening me out!
Answer:
Babycenter.com has a great ovulation calculator that I used. It will even tell you when your expected due date would be if you conceived during the time they show.
Check it out!
