taco meat for tacos/taco salad - this can be frozen after it's browned and prepared

Just made this recipe today!
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1/4 cup of onion
1 package of taco seasoning
1/4 cup of green pepper
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of corn drained
1 cup of shredded cheese
Taco chips, crushed
Brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add onion, taco seasoning, green pepper, tomato soup, and corn. Mix. Put in a greased 9x13 inch cassarole dish. Top with shredded cheese and crushed taco chips. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
I added more corn then it calls for and put more cheese on the top.
I usually just brown my ground beef and package in ziplock bags, about 1-1 1/2lbs per bag, then freeze. It is great!! I can easily pop out a package and make many different things!
Good luck!
Answer:
Sloppy Joes
1lb ground beef, 1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce and 1/2 bottle water. (You can add onion to the ground beef while browning if you like, my family doesn't)
Brown the meat, add the Chili sauce and the water and let cook until thickened.
This can easily be doubled and frozen.

This was one of my mom's. There is no recipe per se, just how my mama would tell me how to make it.
Brown hamburger with onion, slice 4-5 potatoes into 1/4 inch round slices (depending on size of potatoes you could need more or less). put one layer of potatoes in greased 9x13 pan. sprinkle about half ground beef on top, add another layer of potatoes the rest of ground beef, then top with 1 can cream mushroom soup and 1 can cream of celery soup combined. My mom told me she didn't dilute her soups, but I find the potatoes cook better if I add a soup can of milk to the soups. Bake covered for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. I also season with garlic powder if I'm in the mood, I'll sprinkle it on the potatoes.
This recipe was always requested by one of my best friends when she would spend the night.
