I don't save everything, but my boys had some pictures that won ribbons in a local contest, my one son made a family crest out of tagboard for school, and my dd had some nice drawing she made in 8th grade art class. I did not want to get rid of these sooooo.... I was looking for some way to display these things. Our stair case up to the kids' room is narrow and steep and has a lot of wall space, so I made an art gallery going up the stairs!!
