I think we may be catching a break. We got our year end review of our budget plan with the oil company (we have oil heat) and we had a surplus at the end of the year of over $800!! Of course, when they figure our payment plan for this year, they will figure in a certain percentage of projected increase in the cost of oil, but we are hoping with the surplus, we at least won't have to pay more-at least for oil. Everything always goes up without any increase in our income. What a relief (hopefully)!

thats good news i hope it helps...we have fuel oil last year we only used 1 tank and for all winter it only cost us 556.00. then in the spring they sent me a notice saying i had a 100 credit i was like no way and called my father in law had given them a 100 bucks towards our acct. so that was way nice and we have that when we fill up next month.
