Ask:
1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix...bake according to directions on box. When done, use a drinking straw to poke holes all through the cake.
Mix 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 small sized jar of carmel ice cream topping. Pour over baked cake, making sure to fill in holes as possible.
Spread coolwhip on top of cake and then pour crushed heath bar (or like candybar) over the top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
YUM....guaranteed to make you moan and groan! I know, since I did it at Bunco last week!!!!

I made this for memorial day to take to a cook out. Wow, it was great. Everyone loved it. But, I think I may have done something wrong cause the carmel never set.

Oooh, this stuff is good. My DH grandmother makes it alot (only she calls it Paul Newman cake -?) I saw Paula Deen make a version that she called "Is it really better than sex?" cake using yellow cake, pudding and coconut. I'm gonna have to try that one too.

When I've had this the carmel stayed a little runny. I like that though because it seems to mix with the other toppings even better!

My favorite cake!!! I thought a person could never go wrong with this one...until my mother-in-law told me she didn't like cool whip...too bad for her! More for me! Great recipe!
