I stumbled across a cheaper version on the lunchable pizza kit. I took a box of jiffy pizza crust, made it according to the directions, then divided it into four small balls. I rolled them out, then brown both sides in a skillet. I sent two in ds's lunch. I added pepperoni, a little sauce (in a gladware cup) and some cheese in a baggie. He said it tasted just like Olive Garden's pizza!!! Who would have thought? He's asked for them to be included in his lunch weekly.
