I just painted my kitchen last night and noticed today dark areas in certain places. I'm thinking it might be wall paper paste that was missed. I used kilz before I painted and didn't notice anything coming through. What should I do now? It looks like its cracking (the paint) where the dark spots are!

You might have a moisture problem. I suggest you visit your local specialty paint store and ask them about it.
