I have been trying to use reconstituted dry milk for my recipes, the Hillbilly housewife says to use it with in 3-4 days, I don't cook enough to use it all in that amount of time. Will I be able to tell if it has gone bad? Will it sour like regular milk?

I do not use mine that fast and it is fine. It will seperate and look like yellow water when it goes bad. I found a container way in the back of the ridge and I tought it was lemonaid untill I opened it
