See I thought that if you thaw something out it wasn't suppose to be frozen again and then thawed out again. Just want to make sure.

I believe that if meat has been frozen you have cook it for it to be safe to refreeze. I don't think you can thaw ground beef, make a meatloaf and then refreeze the mixture BUT you can cook the meatloaf and then freeze it. So if it is cooked in sauce I believe you are good to refreeze.
