I just purchased a new phone from verizon. Instead of just buying a new battery, I bought a new phone, but just really don't like it. It's just too complicated for me. So I'm just going to switch back to my old phone. But I want to try to sell this phone on ebay or craigslist. Has anyone else done this.
What should I look out for and what should I do to remove all the info.

How long have you had it? I think you have 15 days to return things to Verizon. I am not sure if that is the exact number, but I think it is. They are very good about not making you get stuck with things you don't want.

Yes I agree first go back to Verizon!!also you could ask them for a simpler phone!!

Even if it's just a little beyond the 15 days, the manager (only) may be willing to swap it out for a lesser phone for good customer service.
