Just curious if that is with double or triple coupons? No stores in my area do that, so I can't imagine saving that much. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

The best I've done so far was paying $85.00 and saving $ 146.00. So $231.00 in groceries for $85.00. I shopped at publix also. I went when they had a big buy one get one free sale then would use two coupons. My publix does double coupons. Also I used the publix coupons with my manufacturer coupons, so it was like triple coupons. Even if your publix doesn't double, ask if they take their store coupons with the manufacturer coupons-then you'll have double coupons.

Nope , no doubleing! All I did was combine B1g1 sales with coupons. Went threw the publix add and made a list of all the things that interested me. Then I logged on to coupon clippers and orderd multiples of any coupon they had that matched the sale items. Andy item that didnt have a coupon I didnt buy.
example: publix had pop secret pop corn b1g1 and I had couoons for 1.00 off. They were 3.99 for two minues my 1.00 coupon makeing the final price 1.00 eachI bought six boxes.
Today I hit winndixie, they had kellogs fruit snacks b1g1 and I had coupon for 1.00 of off two. The final price was .84 cents a box

Great Job!!
My Publix doubles and takes store coupons w/mfg coupons. This weekend I spent $85 and saved $55. My ratio would have been better if I had not bought 3 gallons of milk ($9.60)!!
When they have their good BOGO sales, I often shop 2x's. I do my regular shopping on Sunday. If I like the penny coupon, then I'll go back on Monday and buy more BOGO's w/coupons. On those days I always save more than I spend.
I find that for food items, I do better at Publix than at Walmart or Kroger.
It is killing me that, because I had to take back 2 jars of Peanutbutter, I am about to run out. I hope they put it on sale this week!! (our ads run Wed-Tues).
