I would try soft scrub. It gets stuff off on almost anything and it's gentle.

"antibacterial" soap,rub on let soak then scrub

Baby wipes or antibacterial wipes.
If the ink doesn't come out, don't worry about it. Make her wear the shoes anyway.

Maybe even bleach and a sponge, if the leather is white.
