I usually cook mine on the stove top using sweet baby rays bbq sauce and diced onions. served with mashed potatoes and corn. I am interested in what other people say 'cause this is the ONLY way i cook them and i need some ideas, too.

We love sweet baby rays and put it in a crockpot with chicken all day and make pulled barbeque chicken sandwiches.
As for porkchops, I usually just stick them in the oven at 350 or 375 for 40 minutes. Naked. My husband tried a rub once but it was too much. Mom used to make a pocket in the porkchop, stuff it with stuffing, and bake like above.
