Ask:
Oh my goodness...my sweet little boy is becoming quite enthusiastic about getting his point across. He is now 21 months old, not even two yet. He is teething something aweful this week and is now quickly agitated at the drop of a dime!
I am starting to worry that this will be the norm. He has been hitting, throwing objects on occasion and just yells "NO!". Other than teething I am not sure why he is acting out this way! I always try to explain that hitting is wrong and throwing is naughty.
Is this a normal phase or do you think the teething has something to do with it?

I think its a mixture of both. Keep reminding him about the no hitting and throwing and he will eventually get it.
